FAQS
Charter prices are charged per day to hire the yacht. A one day charter would normally start in the morning and finish in the late afternoon or early evening. Prices for the high season apply to the most popular hire periods, in other words, July/August. The low season prices apply to all other periods unless stated otherwise. Bear in mind that the hire prices may be subject to change.
A deposit of 50% of the total price of the charter is paid by bank transfer when the Contract is signed. This confirms your booking. The remaining 50%, plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance, together with the taxes, delivery and redelivery fees and any additional charges agreed, will be paid via bank transfer one month before the charter starts.
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to protect your investment in the event of any unforeseen circumstances prevent or reduce the charter. Additionally, all members should be covered by health and personal accident insurance, and their personal belongings should be insured against theft, loss or damage.
The charter fees charged are based on MYBA terms, which involves the yacht being delivered to the charterer in full commission and with all of the equipment required, duly insured against maritime risks and managed by a crew, whose salaries, food and clothing will be paid by the owner. All other operational costs are to be borne by the charterer and comprise (but are not limited to) the following elements: fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht, auxiliary boats and motorised aquatic toys; local taxes; pilotage; port dues, port and sports; customs clearance; water and electricity; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer party; telecommunications costs.
Once the charter has been requested, we will ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire which describes the preferences and special requirements of all members of the group, such as dietary or medical requirements, details of any allergies and sports or entertainment requests. This will enable us to make sure that we do everything possible to ensure you enjoy a wonderful hire experience
